Frome Town Council – Customer Services Advisor

Permanent half-time (19-22 hours negotiable)
Grade: SCP 5 £19,312 pro rata starting salary

Do you delight in helping people with all sorts of information? Do you have excellent administrative skills and take pride in the small things?

We are looking for a friendly personality to welcome visitors to the Town Hall alongside handling telephone, post and email enquiries on a broad range of issues about life in Frome. You will have excellent customer service skills to enable you to look after the front desk at the Town Hall between Wednesday and Friday, 19-22hrs weekly varying between 8.45 am and 5.15 pm daily depending on Town Hall bookings (fixed hours negotiable).
