Curry Rivel Parish Council -  Parish Clerk & RFO

Applications are invited for the position of Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer for Curry Rivel Parish Council. Part time, 10 hours per week, averaged over the year including attendance at evening meetings (currently monthly).

The successful applicant will be able to manage all aspects of the Parish Council meetings and manage the Council’s correspondence and accounts. Computer literacy with knowledge of Word and Excel, along with a flexible approach to work is essential. He or she will be CiLCA qualified, or willing to work towards the CiLCA qualification.

The position will be based in the Clerk’s home, and a dedicated laptop is supplied.
Salary: NALC/NJC SCP 18-23 pro rata (approx. £12.98 -£14.42 per hour) negotiable subject to qualifications and experience, reviewed annually.
