The National Allotment Society introduces allotment management training in three parts over three consecutive weeks.
Tenancy Agreements and Policies - 2:30pm Friday 25th March
Site Facilities and Health and Safety - 2:00pm Friday 1st April
Self-Management by Associations - 2:00pm Friday 8th April
Learning outcomes:
An understanding of the management aspects for allotments
Practical tips from a Regional Representative / Mentor using examples from day to day problems
Guidance of the Legal requirements of the local authority relating to allotments
What further tools and information are available
What new developments are on the horizon
Each event will be 1.5 to 2 hours in length. The three events can be booked as a block booking at a discounted price, or as individual sessions.
Cost: £25.00pp - any one session.
Block booking (same person for all three evets): £55.00
