This course is aimed at smaller councils and those Clerks and RFOs who are new to or in need of a fresh approach to budget setting. |
Bring your laptop and financial information, meet fellow clerks, share experiences and learn from each other within an informal and supportive environment. The session will be led by Justin Robinson (SALC CEO) and Louise Hughes (Primula Business Services). |
This hands-on course delivers a mix of technical presentations and interactive workshops, offering the opportunity to work on your draft budget as the session progresses. |
This is a friendly and productive session aimed at kick-starting the budget process. |
