Location: Conference Room, Edgar Hall, Somerton (maximum of 10 participants to ensure we can operate in a Covid secure environment)
Cost: £70 per person
This course is aimed at those who are new to, or those who are requiring a fresh approach to budget setting.
A mixture of delivery and participation. Bring your laptop and financial information to meet, share experiences with and learn from other clerks/RFOs within this engaging setting.
This interactive course delivers a mix of technical content and interactive workshop, offering the opportunity to work on drafting budgets, question and notes throughout the sessions.
This is a friendly and productive session aimed at kick-starting the budgeting process.
The four modules are:
- Income
- Operating Expenses
- Capital and Financing
- Reserves, Precept & Band D

Please note we will require a copy of last year’s financial information including a copy of last year’s budget before the course commences.
